2907 BLANCOL wallpaper primer

BLANCOL is a water-dilutable and colourless wallpaper primer for problematic surfaces. It consolidates the substrate to be wallpapered, prevents crumbling and regulates the suction power. Strengthens the adhesion of the wallpaper and helps to prevent wallpaper peeling. Does not attack solvent-sensitive polystyrene insulations.
